: All the activities of the committee will be supervised, directed and organized by the board. After the arrangement of the general assembly, the Board shall exercise all the rights and duties of the committee in relation to other work matters, except as expressly stated in this Act or the rules made under this Act, in accordance with the decision of the Government of Nepal, as passed by the said assembly or until there is an arrangement of the general assembly. However, the Board may assign such duties and powers as it deems necessary and proper among its duties and powers mentioned in this Act or the rules under this Act to the General Manager or one or more directors' sub-committees or other officers of the committee to be observed and exercised.
