(1) The register book of merchant ships shall be the records of merchant ships containing the following documents:-
(a) Main Book (Main Book), and
(b) its supporting documents (set of reporting documents).
(2) The main book will consist of inserted parts (inserted parts) kept in one volume and each included part will have the following documents:-
(a) Descriptive Folio,
(b) Ownership Folio, and
(c) Folio of Charges and Restrictions.
(3) Every commercial vessel shall be registered in a separate part of the main book and the volume of each part shall contain part no. The name will be titled by mentioning the serial number of the main book, the name of the related ship and the symbol (card) position or letter or both.
