Section 17
Pest risk analysis
– (1) The organization shall conduct a pest risk analysis and determine regular pests.
(2) The organization shall send the notification of the regular enemy determined in accordance with sub-section (1) to be published in the Nepal Gazette along with a recommendation to the Ministry and after receiving such notification, the Ministry shall publish such notification in the Nepal Gazette.
