- (1) A person who is not satisfied with the order given by the head of the office or the inspector according to this act may appeal to the head of the office according to section 6 within thirty five days from the date of receiving such order.
(2) A person who is not satisfied with the decision made by the officer hearing the case in accordance with this Act may appeal to the relevant district court within thirty-five days from the date of knowing the decision.
