(1) The university will have teachers and staff as specified.
(2) There will be a vacancy committee as specified to make recommendations for the appointment and promotion of teachers and staff.
(3) The appointment, work, duties and rights, remuneration, facilities and conditions of service of the teachers and staff as per sub-section (1) shall be as prescribed.
