(1) There will be a Teacher-Parent Association with all the teachers and parents of the community school as members.
(2) The Management Committee shall convene a meeting of the parents and form the Executive Committee of the Teacher-Parent Association with a maximum of eleven members consisting of the Chairman, the Headmaster and at least one teacher and the parents.
(3) The term of office of the member of the executive committee formed according to sub-rule (2) will be two years.
(4) The meeting of the executive committee as per sub-rule (2) shall be held at least once in three months and other procedures related to the meeting of the said committee shall be as determined by the executive committee itself.
(5) The work, duties and powers of the Executive Committee under sub-rule (2) shall be as follows:-
(a) To do the necessary work to maintain the quality of teachers in schools,
(b) To monitor whether the school has determined the fee according to this regulation and to give necessary suggestions to the school in this regard,
(c) To keep regular information about the educational activities of the school and interact in this regard.
(6) The management committee of the institutional school shall not be reduced to seven members when forming the executive committee of the teacher-parent association in accordance with this rule.
