Rule 150A
Fee Management and Monitoring Central Committee
(1) There will be a fee management and monitoring central committee as follows for formulating policies regarding fee and scholarship management of institutional schools, for improving the educational level of such schools and for monitoring the prescribed fees and suggesting opinions to the ministry:-
(a) Director General – Coordinator (b) Director of Institutional Schools of the Department – Member
(c) Director-Member of Planning and Monitoring Division of the Department (d) One member nominated by the department from among the directors (e) Deputy Secretary of School Education Branch of the Ministry - Member
(f) Deputy Secretary of Laws and Rules Consultation Branch of the Ministry - Member
(G) Parent-Association Nepal President or one representative - member
(h) President or representative of the National Parents Association - one member (i) President or representative of private and residential school organization one member (j) Chairman or representative of the National Private and Residential School Organization - one member (k) One member nominated by the department from among the teachers of institutional schools run as Guthi. (l) One member nominated by the department from among the district education officers (d) Two academicians nominated by the department – members
(d) Deputy Director-Member-Secretary of the Department designated by the Director General (2) The term of office of the nominated members according to sub-rule (1) will be two years.
(3) The procedure related to the meeting of the committee as per sub-rule (1) shall be as determined by the said committee itself.
