Section 146
Shareholder's right to inspect accounts
: (1) A shareholder of a private company or his representative may inspect the following documents or records related to the company's business during office hours:-
(a) Resolution Book of General Meeting and Board of Directors,
(b) Annual Financial Statement,
(c) share register book, and
(d) Accounts of the Company.
(2) The director or officer of the private company shall make adequate arrangements so that the shareholders can inspect the documents and records as per sub-section (1).
