Rule 124
Educational Allowance and Child Benefit
(1) In case of death of a teacher due to the cause mentioned in rule 116 or in case of death due to such cause, up to two descendants of such teacher shall be given annual educational allowance at the following rate until they attain the age of eighteen years:-
(a) Nine hundred rupees to each child of a teacher studying at the secondary level (b) Seven hundred rupees to each child of a teacher studying at lower secondary and primary levels.
