Section 30
Grant of deposit
: If the secured member institution is in trouble and is in the process of financial liquidation or liquidation or liquidation, if it is written from Nepal Bank Rastra that the secured member institution is unable to pay the amount of the secured depositor immediately, the fund will grant the depositor a deposit of safe deposit.
