(1) The employer shall inform the employment service center of the number, qualifications and duration of the workers he needs for any work.
(2) The employer may request for any work through the labor employment service center that he needs at the local level.
(3) When requisitioning workers according to sub-sections (1) and (2), the number of workers, qualifications, abilities, skills and nature of work must be sent in writing to the Open Employment Service Center in the prescribed format.
