Rule 1

Abbreviation and initials

(1) These rules may be called the “Immigration Rules, 2051”.
(2) Rules 29 and 39 of this regulation shall come into force from the date specified by the Government of Nepal by publishing a notice in the Nepal Gazette and other rules shall come into force immediately. 8
