Section 1
Abbreviation and Commencement
(1) The name of this Act shall be “Nepal Nursing Council Act, 2052”.
(2) This Act shall be applicable in the specified area from the date specified by the Government of Nepal by publishing a notification in the Nepal Gazette. .
