Section 1
Abbreviation, Extension and Commencement
: (1) The name of this Act is “………Nepal Airline Corporation Act, 2019”.
(2) This Act shall be applicable throughout Nepal and wherever the end may be, in relation to the corporation established under this Act and its branches and the work done by it and the persons working therein.
(3) This Act shall come into force immediately.
