(1) The directors or general managers or employees of the corporation may not participate in any lease agreement with the corporation and no one who leases the lease agreement with the corporation shall make them shareholders.
(2) If it is determined that someone has done the work prohibited by sub-section (1), then the lessee or on behalf of the lessee shall not be allowed to do such contract.
