Section 1
Abbreviation, Extension and Commencement
: (1) This Act may be called the “Competition Promotion and Market Protection Act, 2063”.
(2) This Act shall be applicable throughout the State of Nepal and if anyone living outside Nepal commits acts contrary to this Act, this Act shall also be applicable to him.
(3) This Act shall come into force immediately.
