Section 1
Abbreviations, Extensions and Initials
(1) The name of this Act is "Control of International Trade in Endangered Wildlife and Plants Act, 2073".
(2) This Act shall be applicable throughout Nepal and shall apply to any person residing outside Nepal who commits an offense under this Act.
(3) This Act shall come into force immediately.
