(1) The organization shall have a separate fund and the funds shall be as follows:-
(a) Grant amount received from Government of Nepal,
(b) Funds received from international or foreign associations, organizations, but when receiving such funds, the prior approval of the Government of Nepal must be obtained.
(c) Amounts received while registering the names of members of the organization or issuing professional certificates,
(d) Amounts earned from movable and immovable assets of the organization,
(e) Funds received by the organization from other sources.
(2) All funds received by the organization shall be deposited in the name of the organization in any commercial bank of Nepal.
(3) All the expenses to be incurred on behalf of the organization shall be met from the fund as per sub-section (1). But the amount received by the organization for a certain purpose should be spent only for that purpose.
(4) Expenditure from the fund will be done by the executive director under the supervision and control of the council (5) The operation of the fund account shall be as prescribed by the Council.
