Section 5
Selection of organization
: (1) If there is a request from a foreign country or an employer organization to select and send workers to the Government of Nepal, the Government of Nepal may select a licensed organization based on open competition and send workers through such organization.
(2) The department will request an additional cash bond or bank guarantee from the organization selected according to sub-section (1).
(3) According to sub-section (1), the other basis and procedure for selecting the institution shall be as prescribed.
