Section 65
Organization membership
(1) No employee shall become a member of any type of organization other than a professional organization registered in accordance with prevailing laws with the prior approval of the Government of Nepal.
(2) Notwithstanding anything written in sub-section (1), nothing written in this section shall be deemed to prevent the employee from becoming a member of his professional and other social organizations in a manner not contrary to prevailing laws and the policy of the Government of Nepal.
