Section 4

Institute to be an incorporated body

4.1 The Institute shall be a self-governing and organized body with unbroken succession. 4.2 The Institute shall have a separate seal of its own. 4.3. The corporation can acquire, use, sell or dispose of movable and immovable property like individuals. 4.4 The institute can file a complaint in its own name like an individual and can also file a complaint in the same name.
