Rule 22
Complaint against the order of the Secretary:
(1) In relation to the appeal, application or complaint brought before the Commission in accordance with the Act or this regulation, a person who is not satisfied with the order given by the Secretary may file a complaint with the Commission within fifteen days from the date of such order.< br> (2) If any complaint is received according to sub-rule (1), the Commission shall investigate the matter and make a decision within seven days.
