Rule 4
Secretarial work

(1) Under the general direction and control of the Chief Commissioner, the chief duty of the Secretary shall be to conduct the administrative work of the Commission (2) Apart from what is written in sub-rule (1), the other duties, duties and rights of the secretary shall be as follows:-
(a) Registering and making complaints, clarifications and reports received by the Commission (b) To prepare and submit the content to be submitted for discussion in the commission, (c) To execute the decision of the Commission, to make,
(d) Allocating work to his subordinates,
(e) The Commission, the offices under the direct authority of the Commission and the offices delegated by the Commission to conduct human resource development programs,
(f) Conducting and conducting capacity building programs for employees directly and indirectly involved in matters related to the work of the Commission. (g) To study, investigate and conduct matters related to the commission's work.
(h) Making necessary contact and coordination with international organizations related to the work of the Commission (i) Establish coordination with Nepal government offices, civil society and other related bodies on behalf of the commission, (j) Conducting creative programs such as trainings, seminars, workshops to increase the efficiency of the Commission's operations,
(k) Using media to promote public awareness against unfair practices and corruption, (l) Co-ordinating, conducting cooperation with other agencies with the participation of the Commission (D) To do other work as ordered and instructed by the Commission (d) To do other things necessary to implement the decisions of the commission (n) To perform and perform any other work that is necessary while performing the duties, duties and rights from clauses (a) to (d).
(3) According to this rule, the Secretary may delegate any of the powers granted to him to any other employee of the commission's official level.
