Rule 21
Can be sent in writing to correct
(1) Based on the report submitted by the technical examiner in accordance with rule 18 or the information given in accordance with rule 20, if it appears that any type of error in the project can be corrected, the center may send a written message to the ministry or central agency related to the project to correct such error.
(2) Based on the report submitted in accordance with Rule 18 or the information given in accordance with Rule 20, if any error is found to have been committed by the construction professional or consultant related to the project, the center may send a written request to the head of the office related to the project to correct such error, and if such a letter comes from the center, the head of the office related to the project shall receive the written request. According to this, an order should be given to the concerned construction professionals or consultants to correct such errors.
(3) In accordance with sub-rule (1), the head of the relevant ministry or central agency shall prepare an action plan and inform the center about the measures to be adopted to correct such errors in the project and prevent such errors from recurring in the future.
