After the decision of any case by the court, the relevant court shall prepare the cost of the penalty, fine or damages or compensation awarded in accordance with such decision.
(2) If a person is found guilty by the court hearing the appeal, or if the judgment of the lower court is overturned or annulled, a copy of the judgment shall be sent to the relevant district court for execution.
(3) After raising the case in accordance with sub-section (1) or (2), the concerned court shall execute the judgment and if any work is required to be done by any body for the implementation of the decision, it shall order the concerned body to do such work.
(4) If the person sentenced to imprisonment is present in the court when ordered according to sub-section (3), the court shall send him to the prison and if he is not present or remains in prison or imprisonment, he shall be arrested and handed over to the relevant police office as per schedule-49 The order should be sent in the format .
(5) If there is any dispute regarding the execution of the judgment, the prison office shall send it in writing to the relevant district court and shall do so as issued by the district court.
