(1) If it is found necessary while investigating the complaint according to section 31, the board will fine such service provider from fifteen thousand to twenty five thousand and pay an amount equal to that fine as compensation to the insured.
(2) If an insured causes damage to the Board by acting contrary to Section 8, the Board may fine such insured an amount equal to the amount of the loss caused by him.
(3) If any service provider does any other act contrary to this Act or the rules made under this Act, the Bard may fine such service provider up to five lakh rupees.
