(1) Each institution shall have directors nominated by the Government of Nepal in the number specified by the Government of Nepal. Among such directors, there will be a chairman appointed by the Government of Nepal.

(2) The directors shall remain in office for as long as the Government of Nepal wishes.

(3) Upon death or resignation or for any other reason, any If the director's post becomes vacant, the government of Nepal nominates another person to fill the vacant post, and the notice of the same should be published in the Nepal Gazette along with the director's name, address and occupation.
