Rule 56
Satta leave
An employee who works on a public holiday with the prior approval of the Secretary General, the Secretary of the Legislature Parliament or the Secretary of the Secretariat, will be entitled to a substitute leave for working on a public holiday and such leave must be taken alternately within the same year.
