(1) In connection with the offense punishable under this Act, the forest produce goods that are perishable or the forest produce goods that cannot be protected may be brought to the nearest forest office or a safe place and the Divisional Forest Officer may sell them by auction with the permission of the investigating officer.
(2) According to sub-section (1), the amount received from the auction sale shall be tied to the bond in such a manner as determined at the time of the judgment of such case.
