The position of a nominated member in the committee shall be deemed to be vacant in the following cases:-
(a) if he resigns from his office before the nominating body,
(b) on the expiry of his term of office,
(c) If he falls into the custody of the creditor,
(d) If he is found guilty by the court in any criminal charge,
(e) If he/she absents himself from the meeting of the Committee for three consecutive times without notice and without reasonable and sufficient reason,
(f) In case of his death.
