Section 69
Legitimacy of the meeting
: Before the commencement of each general meeting, the shareholders present at the meeting shall ascertain whether the meeting has been convened in accordance with this Act and the regulations, and even if no other law has been complied with in that regard, if notice has been sent to all shareholders in accordance with section 67 sub-section (2) and In accordance with section 73, if the meeting has reached a quorum and approves to hold the meeting, then the general meeting will be deemed to have been duly convened.
