Rule 44
Arrangements for the Secretariat of the Coordinating Committee

(1) The Secretariat of the Coordination Committee shall be in the office of the Attorney General to assist in the work of the Coordinating Committee established in accordance with Section 194 of the Civil Criminal Procedure Code, 2074.
(2) Coordination. The secretariat of the committee will have the required number of government lawyers.
(3) The secretariat according to sub-rule (1) shall carry out the implementation of the decisions of the coordination committee, monitor, record the decisions of the committee and perform other tasks specified by the coordination committee.
