(1) Committee work, Duties and rights shall be as follows:– (a) To properly manage and protect the assets of the trust, (b) Raja Birendra, To search the assets of Queen Aishwarya and her family to be held in trust according to section 4 inside or outside Nepal, Find out its true status and keep records with accurate details, (c) Protecting the rights of the trust by canceling the name registration in the name of the trust according to section 4 of the property to be owned by the trust, (d) To use the assets of the trust in the national interest as per section 5, (e) To invest the assets of the trust in income-earning activities to fulfill the purposes of this Act, (f) To do or cause other work as specified. (2) The trust should formulate a periodical plan and submit it to the Government of Nepal for approval. (3) The trust will generate income from commercial activities. When investing in the sector, the strategic plan must be prepared and submitted to the Government of Nepal for approval. (4) The committee must approve the annual program of the programs to be conducted in that financial year within thirty days of the beginning of each financial year and publish the details thereof. p>
