(1) The work, duties and powers of the Committee shall be as follows:-
(a) determining the number of publications based on the distribution status of the newspaper and keeping up-to-date records thereof, and
(b) Classification of newspapers on the basis of publication number of newspapers.
(2) Other than what is written in sub-section (1), the other work, duties and rights of the committee shall be as prescribed.
