(1) The committee shall have a separate fund of its own and all funds received by the committee including loans and grants shall be deposited in the same fund and expenses incurred on behalf of the committee shall also be borne from the same fund.
(2) All funds of the fund shall be deposited in Nepal Rastra Bank or other banks approved by the Government of Nepal.
(3) The Board shall be empowered to spend such sums as may be deemed reasonable for the purpose of the functions authorized by this Act and the rules made under this Act.
