9. Fund of the Committee:

(1) The Committee shall have a separate fund.
(2) The fund under subsection (1) shall have the following amounts:- Amended by the first amendment.

(a) Amounts received from the Government of Nepal, (b) money received from any person or association,
(c) funds received from any foreign government or international organization,
(d) Funds received from any other source.

(3) Before receiving funds as per clause (c) of sub-section (2), the committee shall obtain the approval of the Ministry of Finance.
(4) The committee shall open an account and deposit the amount in the fund according to sub-section (1) in any bank licensed for "A" class established to conduct financial transactions in accordance with the prevailing law on banks and financial institutions.
(5) All expenses incurred in the name of the committee shall be met from the fund as per sub-section (1).
(6) The operation of the fund as per sub-section (1) shall be operated by the joint signature of the chairman and the accounting staff of the committee.
