6. Fund of the Committee

(1) The Committee shall have a separate fund of its own.
(2) The funds of the committee shall not contain the following amounts:-

(a) The amount of subsidy received from the Government of Nepal,
(b) Amounts received for providing hospital services,
(c) Funds received from any foreign country or charitable organization,
(d) Funds received from other sources.

(3) The entire expenses of the committee shall be met from the fund as per sub-section (1).
(4) The amount received in the funds of the committee shall be deposited in a commercial bank account in the name of the committee.
(5) The operation of the fund of the committee shall be by the joint signature of the director of the hospital and the head of accounts.
(6) Before receiving the amount according to clause (c) of sub-section (2), the committee shall obtain approval from the Government of Nepal and shall spend such amount for the program for which it has been received.
