8.8. Fund of the Committee: (1) There shall be a separate fund in the name of the Committee (2) The fund under sub-section (1) shall have the following amounts:-

(a) Amounts received from the Government of Nepal,
(b) Amounts received for services and facilities provided by the hospital (c) Amounts received in the form of grants or loans from foreign governments, associations, organizations or individuals,
(d) Funds received from indigenous individuals, associations, organizations or bodies,
(e) Funds received from other sources.

(3) The committee shall obtain the approval of the Government of Nepal before receiving any funds as per clause (c) of sub-section (2).
(4) All the expenses incurred on behalf of the committee shall be met from the fund as per sub-section (2).
(5) The amount in the funds of the committee shall be deposited by the committee by opening an account in any commercial bank of Nepal.
(6) The operation of the fund of the committee shall be as prescribed by the committee.
