3. Formation of Committees

(1) A committee named Naradevi Ayurveda Hospital has been formed.
(2) The committee under sub-section (1) shall have the following chairman and members:-

(a) a person nominated by the Government of Nepal as chairman
(b) One member nominated by the Government of Nepal from among eminent social workers (c) Representative (Gazetted First Class) Member of the Ministry of Health (d) Chief District Officer or authorized staff appointed by him, Member of the District Administration Office, Kathmandu
(e) Director, Ayurveda Department Member
(f) Representative, District Development Committee, Kathmandu Member
(g) One member nominated by the Government of Nepal on the recommendation of the committee from among expert physicians (h) Chairman, Member of the Kathmandu Chamber of Commerce and Industry
(j) President, Nepal Red Cross Society District Branch, Kathmandu Member
(j) Senior member of the hospital
(k) Director Member Secretary of the hospital

(3) The term of office of the members as per clauses (a), (b) and (g) of sub-section 2 shall be two years.
(4) If the Government of Nepal deems it necessary, it may add or change the members of the committee by publishing a notice in the Nepal Gazette.
