(1) The meeting of the committee shall be held at the time and place designated by the chairman of the committee as required.
(2) The quorum for the meeting of the committee shall be fifty percent of the total number of members of the committee (3) The decision of the committee shall be made by the majority and if the votes are equal, the chairman of the committee may give the deciding vote.
(4) The decision or order of the committee shall be verified by the member-secretary of the committee.
(5) Other procedures related to the meeting of the committee shall be as determined by the committee itself. Note – (1) The words changed by the Act to amend certain Nepal Laws, 2063, instead of “Government of Shri 5”, “Government of Nepal”.
(2) For the words substituted by the first amendment, for the words "village" or in the office of the city and district panchayat, "village" in the office of development committee or municipal and district development committee.
