(1) The meeting of the committee will be held on the date, time and place specified by the chairman as per the requirement.
(2) The meeting of the committee shall be presided over by the chairman of the committee and in his absence, a member chosen by the members present from among themselves shall preside over the meeting.
(3) If more than fifty percent of the total number of members of the committee are present, the quorum for the meeting of the committee shall be considered.
(4) The decision of the meeting of the committee shall be based on the majority and in case of equality of votes, the person presiding over the meeting shall cast the deciding vote.
(5) If the committee deems it necessary, it may invite any domestic or foreign experts or related officers to participate in the meeting of the committee as observers.
(6) The decision of the committee will be certified by the member-secretary.
(7) Other procedures related to the meeting of the committee shall be as determined by the committee itself.
