(1) The Committee shall meet at least twice a year.
(2) The meeting of the Committee shall be held on such date, time and place as may be fixed by the Chairman and the Chairman shall preside over the meeting.
(3) Before the meeting of the committee / usually forty-eight hours before the meeting, the executive director should make available the details of the meeting with the agenda to the members.
(4) Total members of the committee: If nine percent of the members are present, the quorum for the meeting of the committee will be considered.
(5) In the meeting of the committee, the opinion of the majority shall be valid and in case of equality of votes, the person presiding over the meeting shall cast the deciding vote.
(6) The committee may invite officials of any agency or related subject matter experts to the meeting as needed.
(7) The decision of the meeting of the committee shall be certified by the executive director from the person presiding over the meeting and the records thereof shall be preserved.
(8) Other procedures related to the meeting of the committee shall be as determined by the committee itself.
