(1) The meeting of the committee will be held once in six months as needed.
(2) The meeting of the committee will be held on the date, place and time specified by the chairman of the committee.
(3) The member-secretary of the committee shall give the information to all the members in writing before the meeting, including the topics to be discussed in the meeting.
(4) If more than fifty percent of the members are present in the meeting of the committee, it will be considered as a quorum for the meeting of the committee.
(5) The meeting of the committee shall be chaired by the chairman of the committee and in his absence by the co-chairman of the committee.
(6) In the meeting of the committee, the opinion of the majority will be valid and in case of equality of votes, the person presiding over the meeting will give the deciding vote.
(7) The committee may invite an expert or a representative of a donor organization to the meeting of the committee.
(8) The decision of the meeting of the committee shall be verified by the member-secretary of the committee.
(9) Other procedures related to the meeting of the committee shall be as determined by the committee itself.
