(1) The meeting of the committee shall be held as determined by the chairman of the committee.

(2) The procedure to be adopted in the meeting of the committee shall be arranged by the committee itself. (3) The decision of the majority shall be the decision of the committee. If the votes are equal, the chairman of the committee can also give a decisive vote.
(4) The decision of the committee shall be certified by the member-secretary of the committee.
