Section 31
Change group or sub-group

(1) If the Government of Nepal deems it necessary, it may change the group or subgroup of an employee from one group or sub-group of health services to another group or sub-group in consultation with the Public Service Commission.
(2) If the government of Nepal sends a person in the health service to study to acquire a special qualification, such person shall be changed to the relevant group or sub-group according to his special qualification after consulting the Public Service Commission.
(3) In accordance with sub-section (1) or (2), changing to another group or sub-group can be done only when there is a vacancy in such group or sub-group.
