: (1) Within three months of the commencement of this regulation, according to rule 7, the post of Law and Accounts sub-group shall be created under the Armed Police Service, General Group, and in the posts thus created, the Armed Police Service, Armed Police working in the General Group, for one time Among the employees, armed police personnel who fulfill the following qualifications and conditions will be grouped in the same category or level posts on the following basis:-
(a)   Law Subgroup :–
(1) Graduated in Law,
(2) having acquired experience in legal work in a relevant position, and
(3) The remaining period of service is at least five years.
(b)   Towards Accounts Subgroup :–
(1) For the post of Deputy Superintendent of Armed Police or above, having passed at least graduation level and received accounting training and experience in accounting work,
(2) For the post of Armed Police Inspector, having passed at least graduation level and received accounting training or passed proficiency certificate level and received accounting training and gained experience in accounting work,
(3) For the post of Senior Deputy Inspector of Armed Police, Deputy Inspector of Armed Police and Assistant Inspector of Armed Police, at least S.L.C. Or having passed the same and obtained accounting training and gained experience in accounting work,
(4) For the post of Senior Constable of Armed Police, at least S.L.C. or equivalent and having acquired at least one year of experience in accounting work, and
(5) The remaining period of service is at least three years.
(2) According to sub-rule (1), while grouping into law and accounting sub-groups, it will be done from among the armed police personnel who have obtained the qualification accordingly.
(3) If the number of armed police personnel who want to be grouped according to sub-rule (2) is more than the number of posts in the relevant sub-group, the armed police who have gained more experience in the relevant fieldEmployees will be grouped first.
(4) According to sub-rule (3), if the period of experience is the same and cannot be grouped accordingly, armed police personnel who have obtained higher educational qualifications in the relevant subject will be grouped first.
(5) According to this rule, the Inspector General of Armed Police shall assign the Armed Police personnel who have acquired the necessary qualification and experience for a maximum of one year to do law and accounting work under the general group, unless they are grouped into the law and accounting sub-group.
