(1) According to Section 9, the Board shall cancel the contract with the service provider in the following cases:-
(a) If he does not renew the contract within the period as per sub-section (5) of section 9,
(b) if he fails to provide services to the insured as per the contract,
(c) if he repeatedly violates the conditions mentioned in the contract,
(d) If he does not follow the national treatment system he is required to follow,
(e) If he demands payment by making a false document or statement,
(f) Failure to comply with the standards or other conditions of service determined by the Board,
(g) on ​​other grounds as specified.
(2) Before canceling the contract in accordance with sub-section (1), the board shall give a reasonable opportunity to the concerned service provider to present his explanation.
