If it is proven that a person holding a public office has kept the property acquired through corruption in accordance with this Act or other prevailing laws and any other property increased from it, such property shall be confiscated. However, if the right of such property has already been transferred to someone else and the bag has been retained during such transfer, then the amount will be equal to Kapali.
