If there is sufficient reason to believe that the property related to the judicial proceedings or a part thereof is located in a foreign state, the court may order the retention or confiscation of such property.
(2) If there is an order in accordance with sub-section (1), the court shall send a written notice to the central authority to freeze or confiscate such property.
