(1) Every government office, public institution or other body shall require the person holding a public position working in his office, institution or body to submit the property statement within the time limit specified in Section 50 of the Act.
(2) Ministry or central level government office, public institution or agency shall disclose the name and title of the person holding a public office who submits the asset statement within the period specified in sub-rule (1) and who does not, within one month of the expiry of such period before the relevant ministry or central level body. (3) After receiving the details as per sub-rule (2), the concerned ministry or central level body shall send the details received from their office and subordinate government offices, public institutions or agencies to the center within one month from the date of expiry of the period as per the said sub-rule.
